| MAJOR CORPORATE
PARTNER MEMBERSHIP |

| Partners Program (Affiliate) membership
(e.g., Major Corporate Partners (MCP); Major Corporate
Owners (MCO, Surety Industry Partners (SIP), Major Government
Partners (MGP) shall be made available primarily to all
large general contractors or construction contractors
(MCP), MCO or surety underwriters and surety agents, and
such membership may also be made available to all other
large corporations or other business entities which complete
the application form to NAMC-WMAC’s satisfaction,
pledge a commitment to the goals and objectives of NAMC-WMAC
and who pay the respective partner membership fee. |

| All Partner members are eligible to participate
in any committee and all NAMC-WMAC activities. The Partner
members conduct business and activities consonant with
the NAMC-WMAC goals and objectives and shall notify the
President of all activities prior to their taking place.
The Partner members shall not release any public statement
without approval, in writing, of the President. Each Partner
member shall identify a representative to the Board of
Directors meeting and shall have one vote at the Board
meeting. |
